Last Friday our workshop compressor died. Pulling it apart and pulling our hair out it was decided that on Monday we would seek advice.
Ross (Wangara Branch) kindly gave his knowledge and it was agreed that the compressor had died. (Maybe to be re-built in the New Year).
Me not knowing a great deal about compressors – Ross kindly arranged for his Sales Rep. John to come to the workshop to assess our needs.
John came and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me a product that we didn’t need for our workshop purposes.
Going back to the Wangara Branch we decided to purchase a BW 75 160 Black Cat Air Compressor, great value and it meet our workshop needs without breaking into thousands of $’s.
Between Ross and John they loaded it up and then John came back to the workshop and helped us unload and got it plugged in ready to go. In less than an hour we were good to go.
Not only did John go out of his way, he also gave us a run-down how to maintain the compressor and good to his word we received an email with the costing of a full service that is recommended to be carried out every 6 months.
The service we received was outstanding and John is a credit to your company.
